Download and complete the One Page Ministry Plan. Feel free to adjust each section or add and delete sections as necessary. The goal is to have one sheet of paper that describes what’s really important to your church. If something doesn’t make this sheet or fit within it, take a hard look as to whether or not you should be doing it at all.
