In the top right corner, click the 3 horizontal lines to open the sidebar menu > click your name > Account Settings > Email and Password

Be sure to set it as your default payment if you’d like to use that credit card for recurring payments in the future.

On the day you signed up, we charged your credit card for the first payment. That date is also your billing date, and you’ll be charged on the same date each month (or on the same day next year if you chose the annual option).

In the top right corner, click the 3 horizontal lines to open the sidebar menu > click your name > Account Settings > Receipts. There you can select which order you’d like to view. 

To download an invoice, click the Invoice button next to the specific invoice you’d like to save. If the PDF does not download, please email hello@churchfuel.com, and we will send you the PDF.

In the top right corner, click the 3 horizontal lines to open the sidebar menu > click your name > Account Settings > Subscription. You will see your past subscription and an option to resubscribe.

If it is not allowing you to add the user, they may already have an account in our system. Please email hello@churchfuel.com to have the user added. 

If the user you added did not receive the welcome email, have them check their spam/junk first. If they still do not see it, you can email hello@churchfuel.com and we can email them the login information manually.

So we can best serve you and your team, you can add an unlimited number of users to your account with your Church Fuel membership.

We know that you can't do this alone. Add your team members so you can share resources, develop them as leaders, and work together to lead your church to healthy growth.

If your membership includes the benefit of Office Hours, you'll get one-on-one coaching sessions with a Ministry Coach who is there to provide support, guidance, and practical advice. All of our Ministry Coaches are experienced pastors who have been in the same place you are now and are there to help you get the most out of your membership.
